Founder, Director of Operations & the Person Who Actually Does the Work

Hi, I’m Shanielle — and I’ve been in operations long enough to know that most business owners don’t actually need more advice. They need someone to take things off their plate and handle it.

I started PW Business Support because I kept seeing the same thing: brilliant, capable entrepreneurs completely buried in the work that keeps the lights on — instead of the work that grows their business. I wanted to fix that.

With 7 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant and 5 years as an Online Business Manager, I’ve supported businesses across coaching, wellness, consulting, and beyond. I’ve built websites from scratch, set up full client management systems, managed inboxes and calendars, coordinated contractors, created SOPs, and kept operations running smoothly behind the scenes while my clients did what they do best.

I genuinely love this work. There’s something really satisfying about bringing order to chaos — and watching a business owner finally exhale because they know someone’s got it handled.

That’s what I’m here for. And I don’t just manage things. I care about whether your business is actually growing.

With over a decade of experience in executive admin, operations support, and BPO management, Nicole brings a calm, grounded presence to everything she touches. She knows how to keep things moving behind the scenes without creating noise for you on the front end.

From managing inbox flow to supporting client processes and keeping internal operations organized — Nicole makes sure every detail has a home and nothing gets missed.

She’s not just good at what she does. She genuinely cares about the people she supports. And that comes through in everything she delivers.

When she’s not running the show, she’s spending time with family, exploring new creative hobbies, and finding the small things that bring real balance to life.
