How do I monitor my PW Virtual Assistant's work?

Your Virtual Assistant will send you a daily work report detailing the tasks they worked on each day, including any issues encountered. We encourage you to trust your VA by measuring performance rather than using a time-tracking tool unless otherwise specified.

How long does it take to get started?

You'll meet your new Virtual Assistant within 1-2 business days. We carefully match you with a specialist who best fits your unique needs, ensuring a smooth and efficient start to our collaboration.

How much work can I send?

The amount of work you can send depends on the VA package you choose. You will receive a weekly time report showing how many hours are left for you to use. If you exceed the agreed hours, an additional fee per hour will be charged

Will multiple VAs help me, or just one person?

You will have one primary Virtual Assistant handling the majority of your tasks. However, you will also have access to our entire team with different skill sets, allowing you to assign specialized tasks as needed.

What happens if there is a work interruption?

In case of work interruptions such as power outages, internet issues, or family emergencies, your VA will immediately notify you and our Management Team. If your VA is working on an urgent task, we will find a fast replacement to ensure the work gets done.

How does the pricing work?

We offer three packages based on the number of hours you need. Your VA will proactively assist in additional areas to maximize those hours. Hours do not roll over, but you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

What if I am not happy with my VA?

If you are not satisfied with your VA, we will find a more suitable VA based on your feedback.

What is the scope of work for my Virtual Assistant?

PW Business Support caters to various requirements. Once we identify your needs, we will assign the best VA to assist you. Please note that the scope of support does not include purchasing items online using your credit card or any tasks involving gambling or adult entertainment.

What Project Management Tool will my VA use?

Our key project management tool is Asana. We will create Asana projects for you and show you how to use the tool free of charge. If you prefer an alternative project management tool, we are happy to use it at your cost.

Are my log-ins secured with PW Business Support?

Yes, your information is secure with us. We do not share your details outside the company. However, if you share log-in details, credit card information, or other personal or business information, PW Business Support will not be liable for any loss or issues arising from the misuse of such information.

Is there a minimum commitment with my Virtual Assistant?

Yes, there is a minimum 3-month contract for our services. This period is necessary to onboard and integrate a VA into your company properly.

How do I cancel my package?

To cancel your services, we require 2 weeks written notice. If you cancel during the initial 3-month commitment, the balance of the 3 months must be paid in full.
